Your Google Drive is becoming close to its limit. You can either clean the drive out of things you no longer need stored on the cloud.
Or increase the storage amount.
Go to your drive to see what's in it here https://drive.google.com/
There will be a storage size indication at the bottom left of screen. You can click this to purchase and increase your Google Drive capacity.
